Hi Juniors,

Good job in completing your first strength test! Below is the results.

Be mentally and physically prepared that trainings will be tougher than the previous ones. Train hard and at the same time have ample rest.

ROUND UBIN KAYAK RACE

Good day!

Welcoming all the juniors to the team. As you guys should know, the annual RUKR is just round the corner.

We will be joining as a fun race, for the junior team to gain exposure and experience through this marathon race. Take this opportunity to outdo yourself and win a medal back for SIM!:)

Reminder to make wave breakers and prepare water bags. We will be making the template of wave breakers next week. Exact day will be given to all when confirmed.

Hi guys,

ITCC was a great success for all of us. like what coach have said, we have all put in our best and achieved our best. lets train hard and aim for ITCC 2014!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!

We fought hard with the other polys and Universities and even though we are the youngest team with the least experience out there, we managed to get overall men's and woman's 3RD.

That's a great achievement we have unlock and we will strive for more as years to come!!
