Last Training (Before Exams)

Think today's training was just fantabulous (its been a long time since i use this word.. lol)!! Too bad some are not able to make it.. Attendance will be put up on the Training Schedule pretty soon...

Everyone was smiling and "enjoying" the training. Laugh and joke around as we did the stairs-training, and abs training, upper body and so on.. And its nice to see everyone supporting one another to do their best.. Cheers people!!

After training we had a well deserved dinner.. And its was just really fun talking cock (Vincent's favourite past time) and just enjoying each others company.. Pics up for grabs people!!

Oh and another thing.. Other than from my bdae which is up pretty soon and of coz not forgetting Mr President Bdae too!! *Ehem* Anne will be having a Bdae bash for her 21st!! All canoeist(ACTIVE ONLY.. lol) are invited!! Papua New Guinea dont be late! lol..
