Training Resume

Dear all,

Exams on the RMIT side are over! Those taking DMS/DFS all the best for your upcoming exams!!

So here is the good news: Land training will resume this coming Tuesday, 18th November 2008. So I hope everyone have been conditioning and preparing themselves for the upcoming trainings.

We have to attain a level of discipline in land training so that everyone will be conditioned for the upcoming race in Jan. There will again be another selection by our idol Junsheng. So if you all wan to be part of the comp, attendance is compulsory!

Training will be less strenuous at first to get everyone pumped up before it will be more intensive the following week. I hope everyone takes it seriously.

Venue: SIM LT. 4.23

**Late comers will owe 100 push ups

** Not being able to attend land trainings will result in suspension from Sea Trainings

Sea slots will be close for the mean time until on a later date.
