Results of Singapore Canoe Marathon 09

Greetings all fellow rowers!

Our club took part in the inaugural Singapore Canoe Marathon on Sunday and mine, mine. What an experience we had! Amid the rough conditions of choppy waters and strong currents coupled with a gazillion of canoeists at the starting line, our fellow team mates showed their mettle and ended the race with the team bagging home 7 medals with yet another GOLD medal by Sarah Ng our T1 women! CONGRATULATIONS TO 7 rowers for their achievements and lets not forget those who participated in the race as well! It is evident that everyone pushed to their limits and ultimately emerge out of the race without regrets. Lets all set our goals and train hard for our MR 500 next!
