Training Resume

All SIM Canoeist take note.

After 1 long week without canoe, without gymin im sure all of u feel the same way as i do. NUA !!!!

Training will resume this WEDNESDAY(27/01/10).

Up next Sprint race all the way until July/Aug.
RMIT students u guys hav higher chance to take part in the MR500 and PA paddle champ (Cus UOL students having Prelims)Train hard for it.

UOL Students if u can manage the time well.

Anyway there will be time trials for the sprint races also. =D

March - MR500
April/May - PA Paddle
June - National Canoe Champ
July - National Women Canoe Champ
