Good News !

GOOD NEWS!!!
From next month onwards we will have a COACH to coach us during training. So i expect things to be done quickly(when assigning boats or cleaning boats n etc). Its not easy for the school to approve to have a coach for us so grab this opportunity to learn more from coach.
Training attitude must be 100%.
Discipline must be 100%.
Hopefully after Prelims i'm able to join u guys for training in the mean time pls listen to Ginni.

There are some things i notice from the team:
1) Do not give negative feedback during training cus it will spread like disease!!! (Tired lah, Wah so heavy, Can dun run or not)

2) Follow the training program given.
Training program is being categories by stages. When the competition is nearing we will switch the trg program to 2nd or 3rd stage. I notice some of the members had your own thinking regarding the program IF you think that you have better ways to improve the land trg session PLS approach me and tell me your suggestion.
What ever trg program given theres a reason behind it. If you are not sure why we are doing it you can either GOGGLE it yourself or come and ask me.

BAD EXAMPLE: MUST CHANGE !!
(Example: If today training is Cardio/Endurance/Strength just follow! I dun care if u like it or not. Come training and we train as a team you can always find a day to gym yourself and train whatever you want.)

3) During training try to motivated each other. Set a target/goal to achieve.(EG. David target is to row faster than Marcus in T1) Its good to have target in the team !!!

"Motivation starts within ourselves.
But in order to bring the entire team’s spirit up,
it requires every single one in the team to put in effort.
Each individual has a part to play and when one fails,
every one will start crumbling down too.

If you dont see yourself winning, you will never win.
If you dont wanna win, others want to.

Winning doesn’t come easy, there is a price to pay.

But..
how much are you willing to give?" quoted frm rpc blog

SHUT UP AND TRAIN
