CNY Training Program

Dear Canoeists,

Note that training will stand down for the week of Chinese New Year.
(31st January - 6th February 2011)

However, everyone are to self train to the following set of training regime.

- Dips x 150
- Push ups x 150
- Sit ups x 150
- Russian twist x 200
- Lunges x 200
- Run x 5km

All exercises to be completed at your own pace within the CNY week.

Have a good week ahead guys, train hard!
