Hello CANOEISTS!
For the next 2 weeks,
Coach wants us to stay away from gym work. Instead, we should focus on our aerobic conditioning.
1. Run up to 10 km / 60 mins
2. Swim up to 1 km / 45 mins
3. Paddle up to 14 km. 60 % intensity.
(Every 2 km about 12.30mins Max for guys/13.30 max for girls. All K1.)
As you all know the schedule, we will be pretty damn tight for the next week or so, so do train hard whenever you can. I believe you guys will want to do this!!
There is ample time for our team to improve and own at round ubin!
Let us be the BATCH!
