Land Trainings
Monday: 6.30pm - 9pm
Wednesday: 6.30pm - 9pm
Location: Yo:Ha Ulu Pandan

Water Trainings
Saturday: 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 5.30pm
Location: Macritchie Reservoir

Please take note of the official training days and timings. The only SMS you receive will only be changes to training and do inform Liang Wei if you are unable to attend training.
