Land Training (Seniors)
Training resumes on 8th August, Wednesday. Location and time as per normal.
As we will be commencing static training for juniors, seniors are to complete gym training program on their own during alternate days while we join them for statics.

Training (Juniors)
Juniors will officially start training on 13th August, Monday.
Time start: 1830 (Reach by 1800)
Location: Yo:HA @ Ulu Pandan
Items to bring: Training Attire with shoes, Water Bottle, Watch, Change of clothes

Water training for juniors will be on Sunday mornings tentatively, starting from 19th August.
Seniors will be assigned to come down to help. Timing to be confirmed.
Water Training
Now that the juniors are in and we have limited boats, the boat booking google doc will be made official.
Seniors are to insert their weekday paddling sessions in the booking document that can be found in the training blog. Juniors who want to go down to paddle must be accompanied by 2 seniors, minimally 1.
